InnoviTEQ was founded in 2021 by Philip Kweku Assan with a single, clear vision: to bridge the technology gap by providing innovative digital solutions to businesses and individuals across Ghana and Africa.
Based in Sekondi-Takoradi, Ghana, we started as a software consultancy — offering cutting-edge software development, IT consulting, and digital transformation services to help businesses scale, optimise operations, and enhance security.
Every client engagement deepened our understanding of what African businesses truly need to compete in a global economy. That understanding drove a pivotal evolution: we transitioned from a pure consultancy into a product-driven company, building our own platforms alongside client work.
Today, Affix (our service marketplace) and Batr POS (our modern retail point-of-sale system) are in active development — embodying everything we have learned about building for scale, reliability, and the African context. We are not just a vendor. We are builders, partners, and believers in the potential of African-built technology to power the continent's economic growth.

InnoviTEQ Founded
Philip Kweku Assan founded InnoviTEQ in Sekondi-Takoradi, Ghana, with a mission to bridge the technology gap by providing innovative digital solutions to businesses and individuals across Africa.

Core IT Solutions Launched
Launched core service offerings — custom software development, IT consulting, and cybersecurity solutions. Secured initial clients across Ghana and established brand presence in the market.

Made the strategic pivot from pure consultancy to product-driven company. Began development of Affix and Batr POS — two platforms built to address real gaps in the African market.
